DC and Marvel aren’t the only two comic book publishers releasing movies. A number of smaller publications do put out popular comics, including Valiant Comics. Bloodshot is one of the most popular characters created by the comic book line, and as such it is receiving a film rendition, starring Vin Diesel.
Diesel, who plays the film’s eponymous character, is a soldier brought back from the dead using nanotechnology. The technology allows his body to continually heal itself using the nano cells running throughout his bloodstream. However, this advancement in technology reveals a chink in its armour, with a critical vulnerability that allows its creators to control his mind and body.
