Co-stars Will Smith and Martin Lawrence open the Bad Boys For Life Trailer 2 with a video selfie that sets the tone for the rest of the clip. Their characters have different mindsets at the start of the clip for the third and final installment of the 25-year film series.
Smith’s Mike Lowrey and Lawrence’s Marcus Burnett, both on the cusp of retirement, reunite to battle a mob boss. The trailer is trademark Will Smith with a great blend of action (car chases, tough talk, guns and lots of helicopters) and comedy (with wink-and-a-nod references to the iconic theme song). The 2 protagonists of the film are joined by a team of hotshot young law enforcement pros all too willing to make jabs at their elders. Other stars include Vanessa Hudgens, Joey Pantoliano, DJ Khaled, Alexander Ludwig, and Charles Melton. Bad Boys for Life is scheduled for release on January 17, 2020.
