Creator laptops usually sell AI as another software shortcut. The new ASUS ProArt P14 and P16 treat it more like workstation infrastructure, using NVIDIA’s RTX Spark platform to run large models and agent workflows locally instead of sending every task to the cloud.

RTX Spark combines a Blackwell RTX GPU with 6,144 CUDA cores, fifth-generation Tensor Cores and a Grace CPU through NVLink-C2C. Configurations scale to 128GB of unified memory and up to one petaflop of AI performance, enough for ASUS to target 120-billion-parameter language models, 90GB-plus 3D scenes and 4K AI video generation. The hardware also supports conventional creative workloads through CUDA and RTX acceleration.

Portability remains part of the pitch. The 14-inch P14 weighs 3.26 pounds and measures as little as 0.55 inch thick, while carrying a 90Wh battery. Both models use Lumina Pro OLED displays and sit within ASUS’s broader creator-PC approach, but the unified-memory architecture is the meaningful change here: GPU and CPU workloads can address the same large memory pool.
ASUS opened U.S. preorders October 7 for select P14 and P16 configurations. First units are scheduled to arrive October 16 through the ASUS eShop and Best Buy; configuration-specific U.S. pricing varies.
