Aston Martin has leapt from speed to sanctuary with N°001 Minami Aoyama, its first private luxury residence in Asia, nestled in Tokyo’s chic Omotesandō neighborhood. The four-storey townhouse, spanning 724 m², is a sanctuary of style, offering privacy and performance for the urbane elite.

At its heart? A sculptural automotive gallery is integrated into the ground floor, where two Aston Martins rest like modern art pieces under adaptive lighting and a wave-patterned ceiling. Behind a glass vision panel, the gallery seamlessly blends into the living space—a bold fusion of car and home.

Vertical metal louvers animate the facade, shifting light and balancing openness with seclusion. Ascend via folded-steel, origami-like stairs winding past an internal garden, a design flourish that signals craft-driven luxury.

Aston Martin’s signature attention to detail echoes throughout. From the Bowers & Wilkins integrated sound system to Molteni&C furnishings and a gym, sauna, wine cellar, and golf simulator in the basement, no detail is spared. The three rooftop levels transition to lighter materials, culminating in a terrace featuring sunset kitchens, lush greenery, and views of Tokyo Tower.
Developed by VIBROA in collaboration with Marek Reichman’s design team, the home channels Tokyo’s minimalist heritage and Aston Martin’s DNA of “proportion, visual drama, material innovation, and craft.
