The Nike Air Force 1 was never a hiking shoe – until now. Of course, it is stylish enough to be worn on the street too. The Air Force 1 Low x UNDERCOVER is a unique collaboration between Nike and Japanese fashion designer Jun Takahashi from UNDERCOVER. It is a completely redesigned version of Nike’s iconic basketball-driven Air Force 1 Low with technical additions that show Takahashi’s influence.

The most defining feature of the Air Force 1 Low x UNDERCOVER is its waterproof GORE-TEX sleeve and exterior that keep feet dry in wet and muddy conditions. The ankle lacing system, heel pull tabs, metal dubraes, and plastic logo on the tongue are additions not often found on an Air Force 1 Low. The result is a supportive, durable, and utilitarian shoe that is ready for New York City puddles and the Appalachian Trail.

The Air Force 1 Low x UNDERCOVER comes in several unique colorways, all of which shed dirt and debris with waterproof GORE-TEX. It’s an all-weather Air Force 1, and it’s available now for $165 on the Nike.com website.
