Italian motorcycle manufacturer Moto Guzzi has been supplying two-wheeled transportation to the public since 1921. The company is rich in history yet looks toward the future with the debut of the 2021 Moto Guzzi V7 — the next generation of a classic roadster bike. Moto Guzzi took the V7 and made it bigger, stronger, and faster with an all-new engine and refreshed styling.
According to Moto Guzzi, the V7’s new 850cc engine delivers 25 percent more power than its predecessor. The 2021 Moto Guzzi V7 produces 65 horsepower and 73 lb-ft of torque. One key detail about this engine is it can deliver 80 percent of its torque at 3,000 rpm for responsive performance. An increase in power means the new V7 sports a wider rear wheel, Kayaba shock absorbers, a new exhaust system, and new side panels. Rider comfort has also been improved with the inclusion of a two-tier saddle and new footpeg supports. New for 2021 is the V7’s full LED light system with an eye-catching DRL light in the shape of the Moto Guzzi Eagle.
Designed to deliver a minimalist look, the V7 incorporates a single circular digital instrument dial and rides on spoked wheel rims for a touch of classic nostalgia. The 2021 Moto Guzzi V7 will be available in the spring of 2021 and will be offered in three satin-finish color schemes: Nero Ruvido, Azzurro Ghiaccio, and Arancione Rame.
