In its press release for its new SR/F model, Zero Motorcycles stresses the value of effortlessness — promising effortless power (thanks to an electric drivetrain that produces 110 horsepower and 140 foot-pounds of torque), effortless control (with a centrally located Cypher III operating system and a Motorcycle Stability Control system from Bosch Mobility Solutions), and effortless connection (thanks to its integrated smartphone app).
The SR/F’s ZF14.4 lithium-ion battery will power the bike for up to 200 miles on a single charge, and the SR/F’s Rapid Charge System can bring the bike from 0% to 95% power in a single hour. But the most exciting thing about this bike has to be its ability to adapt to the conditions at hand. Using its Cypher III system, riders can create up to 10 custom drive modes to meet any demand or choose among pre-programmed drive modes that include Street, Eco, Sport, and Rain.
