The AJA CION is a 4K video camera with a APS-C type 4K image sensor and a PL lens mount. The CION can record in multiple formats, including 4K, UltraHD, 2K, and HD, with frame rates at 50 or 60 fps even at full 4K. The camera even supports Apple ProRes 4444 and 422 formats to minimize your editing process.
The contoured shoulder pad is comfortable for hand-held use, while the top handle made from aluminum and wood features an integrated LANC star/stop button. With a variety of connectivity options including, USB 3.0, Thunderbolt, LAN, and more, along with the on camera controls, your workflow will be smooth at the studio or in the field all the way to post.
