The new B-2 Nano Blade by the lethal-sounding Bomber & Company bills itself as the world’s smallest everyday pocket knife. It’s a tactical tool, which is, about what you could say about a ballpoint pen. But this thing’s much cooler.
Its design was inspired by the B-2 Stealth Bomber, and it does share the aircraft’s sleek lines and no-nonsense appearance. The B-2 Nano Blade is constructed of heat-treated black stainless steel and has seven vicious-looking serrated teeth. It’s ultra-lightweight at just 1 oz.,with a blade just over an inch long, so it can be easily concealed, er, pocketed.
Stealth seems to be a prime selling point, which might be disconcerting to some.
Don’t get the wrong idea. The B-2 Nano Blade is the perfect tactical tool for cutting such things as sticks and leather while out in the woods or some other godforsaken place. Or opening Fed Ex packages, the kind so taped up you want to take your favorite assault rifle to them, but use your new knife instead. It looks like it would get the job done and a whole lot more.
In fact, the Nano Blade is ideal for use in “every survival situation,” and comes from a company known for its “urban survival and paracord gear.” So trust this bastard. If you have the sudden need to start a fire, cut a ball of twine or scare off a brown bear while waiting for your commuter train, this is the blade for you. Keep it close, my stealthy friends.
